Women at the Well with OHBC Women at the Well is the Women's Ministry of Oconee Heights Baptist Church. We exist to equip women to know Christ and make Him known.

INDEPENDENT opportunity! Georgia Baptist Women will be offering Women on Missions Series September 15-16 at Camp Pinnacle in Clayton, Ga. There is opportunity to stay the night or adventure up for the day. Grab a friend, group of friends or adventure alone. We hope to get it on the calendar next year. Women’s Bible Study Kickoff is this Sunday, August 20 at 6:00 pm in the fellowship hall.

We will begin the newly revised and expanded Ruth: Loss, Love, & Legacy by Kelly Minter. There is no homework for the first meeting. We look forward to beginning our study together. Women’s Bible Study Kickoff is Sunday, August 20 at 6:00 pm.

We will study the newly revised and expanded Ruth: Loss, Love, & Legacy by Kelly Minter. Books are available for purchase on Amazon or LifeWay. The deadline for sign-ups for group orders is August 6. Sign-up sheets are located at the Connect Centers or contact Paige Wheeler and Teresa Wilson by August 6. Praying for you sweet sisters as we plan for our upcoming study.

We're excited for this upcoming weekend with the announcement that Dwayne and Jessica Strange will be visiting Athens and OHBC about potentially being our new full-time pastor! With their visit we know that everyone will probably want to meet them and they're wanting to meet us too! In order to try and give you an opportunity to meet with Jessica and get to know her a bit Women at the Well will be having a game night next Saturday.

Who: You! If you are a woman who is a member or regularly attends OHBC and have an interest in meeting Jessica (or just in hanging out!) you are welcome to come!
What: Game Night!!
When: Saturday, Feb. 4th from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm. Please feel free to drop by or leave as needed!

We had a wonderful time Saturday at the kick off lunch! Thank you to everyone who came out and brought some delicious food! If you were unable to make it there are more of the 7 Feasts Bible Study books available for free at Oconee Heights Baptist Church in the Connect Centers. Make sure to join us Monday nights from 6:30-8:30 starting Feb. 6th to dive into this exciting study!
