Once a month, the adoptive/fostering families in our church and our community gather with Providence Orphan Care to support one another as they navigate through the various trials, challenges and victories that come with fostering and/or adopting. These meetings serve as a training and equipping ministry to serve families and vulnerable children in our community. As a Body, it is our responsibility and joy to bear one another's burdens and to aid in the call to love the orphan.
We would like to ask for volunteers to commit to sponsoring a meal for these meetings as a way of loving, supporting and serving these families as they minister, not only to each other, but to families outside of the church that are walking through this process as well. Meals can be delivery, home cooked or any combination of the two! Most meetings consist of approximately 15 adults and 15 children and would need to be dropped off at Providence between 6:00-6:15pm on the day selected.
