As the Church celebrates the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ, parishes throughout the Diocese of Monterey invite the faithful to gather in prayer, Eucharistic procession, adoration, and Benediction in honor of Our Lord Jesus Christ truly present in the Holy Eucharist.

We join in prayer for the Islamic Center of San Diego - ICSD and for all those affected by this heartbreaking tragedy.

Bishop Ramón Bejarano expresses his solidarity with Imam Taha, the Muslim community, and all those mourning and suffering in the wake of this senseless act of violence.

As followers of Jesus Christ, we are called to reject hatred and to help build bridges of peace, reconciliation, and human dignity.

Please join us in praying for the victims, their families, first responders, and the entire San Diego community.
