Grace Bible Church

Grace Bible Church But Jesus did it. You are enough. We are a non-denominational congregation.

Scandalous grace is the theological concept that God’s love and forgiveness are so radically unearned, excessive, and freely given that it offends human sensibilities of "fairness"

We can't earn it. We exist to glorify God by exalting Him in personal life and corporate worship, growing in knowledge of Him, edifying others, serving one another, meeting the needs of our local community, and evangel

izing the world. We believe that the Bible is the only authoritative, accurate, and authentic written Word of God for our beliefs and practices (Matthew 5:17-19; 2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21). We believe that there is only one God in the entire universe, Creator of all things, who is infinitely perfect. God eternally exists as one Being in three co-equal Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Deuteronomy 6:4; Isaiah 45:5-7; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14; Ephesians 4:4-6). We believe the Lord Jesus Christ is the only, unique Son of God Who exists as both God and man, Who was born of a virgin, did miracles, and died on the cross to pay God’s judgment for our sins. We believe that three days later the Heavenly Father raised Him both physically and Spiritually from the dead. He ascended into Heaven and will physically return and rule on Earth forever (Matthew 1:18-25; John 20:30-32; 1 Corinthians 15:1-9; Ephesians 4:10; Philippians 2:5-8; 1 Peter 3:18; Revelation 19:1-2:16). We believe that eternal salvation from sin and death comes through repentance and faith in the work of the Lord Jesus Christ apart from any other work (Mark 1:15; Luke 24:46-47; John 3:16; Romans 4&5; Galatians 1-3; Titus 3:5), and that there is no other way to receive forgiveness and eternal life but through the Christ (John 14:6; Acts 4:12; Ephesians 4:5; 1 Timothy 2:5). We believe that even though men and women cannot receive salvation by good works, their good works are still pleasing to God and show evidence of a true faith in God and show the Lord Jesus Christ as the genuine Savior of the believer’s life (Matthew 5:17; 7:13-23; Romans 3:20; 2 Corinthians13:5; Galatians 2:16; Hebrews 3:14; 6:16; James 2:18-26; 1 John 2:3-6, 19; 3:7-18; 4:2-20).

‼️New Series Alert ‼️

- HEAVEN -

Most times it feels like Heaven is a place that's only mentioned at funerals. A place we hope exists because we don't want to face the potential reality of a "hell" or there being no other alternatives. The fear of: When we die.. that's it... it's over.

Does everything just go "black"?

Can you correlate with those thoughts?

Well over the next 2 months we are deep diving into a place that is so much more than our minds can comprehend and the promises of this place we call Heaven.

These are not ideas, but they are truths presented through the Holy Spirit. The same spirit that prophesied the birth of Jesus through Isaiah 700 years before it would occur... is the same spirit operating and reminding us of our final destination & home: HEAVEN.

We will unravel myths and ideologies that have lied to us about the expectations of Heaven, and through the scriptural teachings. Our hope is that you will be more excited and encouraged about what happens when you close your eyes for the final time.. more than ever before.

Heaven isn't a 10 hour church service. Heaven isn't floating on clouds. Heaven is everything you've wanted and more.

Join us. Bring a friend. We can't wait to see you.

This coming Sunday, we are finishing up our mini-series, "Start Again". We hope it has been a blessing to you.

This Sunday we will continue by deep diving into a subject that many of us have endured or currently find ourselves in the middle of: That's deep pain from the past - betrayal, loss, abuse, failure, or tragedy - that keeps us stuck and often prevents us from moving forward to where God is calling us.

Below you will find a theme song/video for this Sunday. I encourage you to watch the movie, "The Shack" which this song is based off of for this upcoming weekend as it ties to the message for this Sunday.

We are believing for hearts to be healed. Lives to be touched. Gods spirit to be at work! Come believing. We will see you Sunday.

We pause today to remember and solemnly honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for the freedoms we cherish.

Their courage bought our liberty. Their lives were given so we could live in peace. To the Gold Star families who still feel the empty chair at the table — may God wrap you in comfort, strength, and the pride of knowing your loved one’s legacy endures.

Freedom is not free. It has always been purchased with blood, courage, and unwavering love of country.
Today, and every day, we vow: We will never forget.

God bless our fallen heroes.
God bless their families.
God Bless America. 🇺🇸

THIS SUNDAY!!!!!!!!

We hope you're having a great Friday. We are diving deep into Part 2 of our series, "Start Again".

Last Sunday we learned about how our God operates with much grace and mercy even in and through our dysfunctions and shortcomings. Jacob was a deceiver, a manipulator and ran away due to stealing his brother's blessing. His life wouldn't get easier. In fact, later in the scriptures he would say in his old age, "My days have been few and evil." --- noting it's not been an easy life.

However, God worked through Jacob, because it's through the lineage of Jacob that we get Jesus.

God had to love Jacob, so he could love us. It's in His great mercy and redemption that we find that Jesus is where the joy is!

This week, we look at another story of a King that erected altars to Baal, made Asherah poles, bowed down to the starry hosts, practiced sorcery and divination, and even sacrificed his own sons in the fire in the Valley of Ben Hinnom. He was raised by a God fearing father but decided to go the other way and rebelled against the Lord.

According to scriptures, He shed so much innocent blood that it filled Jerusalem from end to end. (2 Kings 21:16).

This week we will find out about the sovereignty of our God and how ultimately nothing can destroy his promise for his children and his plan for His Kingdom and our lives.

The Kingdom ALWAYS wins!

We can't wait to see you Sunday! Invite a friend or 2:)

At GBC we are a community of believers walking towards Christ together. We believe that Jesus really did die for messed up people like you and I.

We believe He loves you more than you can comprehend, and if you find yourself in a mental space questioning if God has a plan for your life, consider this your sign. We'd love to see you Sunday. We'd love to walk with you towards Christ. We'd love to see that plan come to fruition. You're made for more.

We hope you are having a great start to your week!

Did you enjoy the first sermon from the new series, "Start Again"?

Isn't it wonderful to know that God doesn't wait for us to come out of our messes before he begins to speak to us and work through us? Jacobs life was a perfect example of this.

Here is a song that translates to the sermon. Whatever season you find yourself in, always remember you can look up, and "start again".
