🌱 **It’s His Story.**

Every Kingdom work begins like a seed—small, hidden, easily overlooked. But when *God plants it*, it grows by **His power**, not ours.

What started as a simple church gathering in the park...
➡️ moved into our living room,
➡️ then a café,
➡️ then a recording studio,
➡️ and finally into our current building—..and now we’re being asked to move again. 💔

We’re at a crossroads. Again.

But just like *every time before*, God has gone ahead of us. He’s opened doors we never could, and **He’s added to His Kingdom** at every stop along the way.

✨We’ve seen Him do the impossible.
✨We’ve watched Him provide.
✨We’ve felt Him lead.

So now, as options lay before us, we pause—not to strategize or scramble—but to listen. 🕊️

We don’t want to move in human wisdom.
We want to walk in His will.
Because this has never been about *our* story—it’s always been **His**.

There’s something holy about the table.
Not just for eating—but for encountering.
Each other.
And Jesus.

🍞 In French, copain (friend) comes from pain—meaning “bread.”
A copain is someone you break bread with.

Jesus did this often.
He shared meals with sinners, friends, and followers.
He revealed Himself at the table (Luke 24:30–31).

✨ The table is where:
– Walls come down
– Hearts open
– Conversations go deeper
– Jesus makes Himself known

Don’t rush past the meal.
Linger.
Listen.
Break bread—and build the Kingdom.

Relationships. 🤝
The Church isn’t just built with bricks—it’s built with people.
Stone by stone, life by life, relationship by relationship.
It’s messy. It’s sometimes painful. But it’s also where the deepest beauty lives. 🌱

From the start, we’ve prioritized building genuine relationships in our community—
Welcoming mission teams from the U.S., connecting with our local boulanger,
partnering with local churches—each connection reflects the heart of the Kingdom.

Because God’s Kingdom isn’t just a structure...
It’s a relational movement. 💛

God’s plans are so much bigger than ours.

When we got the call to go to France in 2015, it felt too big, too scary, and definitely too impossible.

But we’ve been in France almost eight years now. And everything that God has done has surpassed our wildest dreams.

From the seemingly little things to the absolute huge victories, God is so faithful.

He has faithfully provided for our family.
He has started a church ⛪️.
We have seen Him bring people to an awakening of His spirit.
We have seen people get saved.
We have seen people choose baptism.
We have seen people becoming disciples of Jesus and following Him no matter what.

We have seen Him miraculously provide for our church members.

He has given our church a building…time and time again.
He has given us relationships with other churches and believers throughout France. 🇫🇷

He has given us the French language.
He has given us dear dear dear friends, inside and outside the church.

He has provided Josephine with a job at a museum.
He has given Asher a vision and a plan for his future as he’s finishing high school.

He has held our hands as we’ve mourned people we’ve lost, and still lose our breath at the remembering of them.

He has always been close. In the years and the joys and the devastation.

Take a moment in your life and take stock of what He has done for you.
I promise you, very quickly your list will become exceedingly long.

Dream with God. Let Him share His heart with you.

Don’t be discouraged when the cross comes (and it will). Just keep going. Trusting that He really will accomplish the impossible.

I promise it will be the most difficult thing you’ll ever do. But stay humble. Forgive others. Keep trusting the plan you can’t see.

One day it will all makes sense. Even as He’s wiping our eyes, He will make everything clear.

At La Vigne Missions, our vision from the start has been to provide training and resources to equip the leaders of the next generation of the evangelical church in France. 🇫🇷🔥

Last March, Veronika and Sonia brought this vision to life by launching a beginner guitar class at church. They used a program, graciously permitted by ( )Scott Cunningham, which we adapted and translated into French—an incredible blessing for our revival movement. 🎸🙏

The class was an adventure in faith: nine participants joined, each stepping forward with hope. Three of them invested in their own guitars, affirming their commitment. Over the weeks, nerves turned into confidence as they mastered four basic chords and began leading worship songs that resonated with both spirit and sound. 🎶💫

Their journey didn’t end in the classroom. They came together to form a spirited WhatsApp group, sharing their progress, songwriting ideas, and stories of growth. Now, they continue to encourage each other, lighting the way for future church plants across France.🌱 🇫🇷

Join us in prayer that these budding musicians grow into vibrant worship leaders who will carry the message of revival far and wide. 🙌🔥

“The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.” (Matthew 9:37-38) 🌾🙏

Easter service. Praying before. During. And now after.

Holy Spirit moved. Seekers came and experienced Jesus. Tears filling their eyes and pouring over their cheeks as they attempt to put into words what they are feeling.

Explaining the love of God after the experience is the most rewarding part of seeing the lost be impacted.

Pray for those impacted today that they would cling to Who they encountered today.

We loved having the Ziesemer’s for a week! We heard about what the Lord is doing all over the world and Andy got to share with our church how modern slaves are being freed and how it relates to sharing the gospel.
The church can’t wait to have them back.
Pray for the work the Lord is doing! Our church has woken to the call of reaching the lost and we are so encouraged.
