2026 Women’s Retreat
Location: CAMP ACCOVAC
33021 Mountain Valley Rd.; Milboro, VA 24460
Date: June 5th (6:00 p.m.) through June 7th (afternoon)
What you will need: Casual clothing and comfortable shoes; Linens or sleeping bag for a twin bed; Flashlight; jacket; watch; personal hygiene items (including bath towel); in addition you may wish to bring your bible and clothing suitable for the water (in the event that we have a baptism on site). EVERYTHING ELSE IS PROVIDED!
Directions to CAMP ACCOVAC (From the Richmond Area):
Take 64 W. To 81 S.
Continue on rt. 81 until you see signs for 64 W. again,
Then take 64 W.
In less than a mile is exit 55, take exit 55 and make a right at the light.
At the next light (less than one block) make a left turn onto rt. 39 W.
This will take you through GOSHEN PASS and then to GOSHEN.
In GOSHEN rt. 39 will fork to the left,
Stay to the left and go about 5.5 miles.
CAMP ACCOVAC is on the right.
***ALTERNATE (Less scenic but more direct) DIRECTIONS (From Richmond)***
Take 64 W to 81 S (Staunton)
Take 1st exit off of 81 ( #220)
Go to Parkersburg Pike exit, take left (Rt. 42)
Go through towns of: Swoope, Buffalo Gap, and Craigsville (25 miles +/-)
Continue to CAMP ACCOVAC, on the right
Directions Southbound:
Exit 225 at Staunton.
Rt. 275 W. to Rt. 250 W.
Rt. 250 W. to CHURVILLE.
Left onto Rt. 42 at BUFFALO GAP.
Right onto Rt. 42 S.
(30 miles to CAMP ACCOVAC.
Travel through AUGUSTA SPRINGS and CRAIGSVILLE.
At GOSHEN (EDWARDS EXXON) the rd. becomes 42 S./39 W.
Continue to 428/39 W. 5.5 miles to CAMP ACCOVAC on the right.
Directions to East bound:
Exit #29 north on Rt. 42 to MILLBORO.SPRINGS, VA (17 miles)
Right on rt. 42 N/39 E. at MILLBORO SPRINGS
Continue on 42 N/39 E., 2 miles to CAMP ACCOVAC, on the left.
