Good Shepherd Lutheran Church FLOCK FLOCK is Good Shepherd Lutheran Church's church school- Sunday School on Wednesday nights! We meet on Wednesday evenings at 4:30 PM.

Every child of every denomination is welcomed and encouraged to join in! FLOCK is the youth program of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Ashland, Wisconsin. We begin our evenings with pizza! This meal is served by friendly faces from our congregation and is always food that is kid-friendly. After a meal in our fellowship hall, we enjoy a short devotional from Pastor Rachel and sing fun songs led by

Kaari! We then break into small groups by age and have some fun conversations, crafts and activities. Kaari Enigl teaches our PreK-K class, Missy Krift teaches our 1st-3rd graders and Blake Ellefson teaches 4th-6th grade. We teach with age-appropriate curriculum and activities that you and your child will love. FLOCK is perfect for many age groups...from Pre-K all the way up to confirmation-age students. All denominations are encouraged to attend FLOCK, and there is no cost to attend! Here is our Wednesday night schedule:
DINNER: 4:30-4:45
DEVOTIONAL/WORSHIP (PreK - 6th grade): 4:45-5
SMALL GROUPS (PreK - 6th grade): 5-5:30

Hi everyone! Get ready for a great year at FLOCK! Rally Sunday is set for September 18th at 9AM where we will have a service with lots of kid involvement followed by a waffle bar.

Our first FLOCK is Wednesday, September 21st, starting at 4:30PM. See our FLOCK letter and calendar for more information on all the fun we have planned this year!

We had a great time at FLOCK last week learning about anointing & talking about Mary Magdalene pouring perfume on Jesus feet. We also got to celebrate two birthdays, learned two new songs & decorated ceramic Easter pots!

The Good Shepherd FLOCK made some ribbon Christmas tree ornaments for our ornament sale this year! We will be selling them after in-person worship on November 28, December 5, and December 12. All of the money made from ornament sales will be used to buy toys for the Ashland Fire Department Toy Drive. Our FLOCK is excited to ✨give✨ & ✨serve✨ this holiday season!

We have been having tons of fun this year at FLOCK! For the past couple weeks, we have been learning about ✨GIVING✨and ✨SERVING✨. Last week, the kids enjoyed making cupcakes for each other & serving their friends the sweet creations that were made for them. We found that cupcakes are best served with *a few* extra toppings! 😉

We would love for you to join us! FLOCK is for PreK - Confirmation age & all denominations are welcome. We meet at 4:30PM - 5:30PM every Wednesday. This upcoming Wednesday, we will be talking about how Jesus healed Bartimaeus because of his great faith - and how important faith is in our walk with God.
