Our church family joins Pastor Dana and her family in mourning the passing of her mother, Emma Heckman. We continue to keep them in our prayers during this time of loss and rejoice in the hope we have in Christ.
As we remember her life, we are especially grateful for the many ways she touched the lives of others. During a 2023 mission trip, members of our youth group had the opportunity to spend time with her at Brookmont! What was intended as an act of service quickly became a beautiful reminder of the joy found in relationships across generations. ♥️
Emma’s warm smile, contagious laughter, and loving spirit made a lasting impact on our young people. In return, they brought her tremendous joy through their visits, conversations, and fellowship. These moments became cherished memories and a testimony to the beauty of community.
We are thankful for the legacy of faith and love that Emma leaves behind, not only in her family, but in the lives of those who had the privilege of knowing her. May we continue to cherish and serve one another with the same kindness and joy she shared so freely.
