This past week, thousands of Chabad Rebbetzins from around the world gathered for the annual Women’s Convention. Representing communities from every corner of the globe, it was an honor to sit among some of the most special women in the world.
We came with one heart, carrying one shared mission: to bring kindness, warmth, inclusion, connection, community, and Yiddishkeit to our corner of this earth. We listened, learned, and shared, with lots of honesty, laughter and tears. We explored new ideas, new tools, and the “latest and greatest” materials, including the awesome pushka we used today at Torah & Tea — coins readily available, wow!
We celebrated Rebbetzin Chaya Mushka Schneersohn, whose dignity, quiet strength, wisdom, and caring continue to inspire our daily work. We stood together in prayer at her gravesite on the occasion of her Yahrtzeit, feeling both the weight and the privilege of this sacred responsibility.
Last Shabbat we looked forward to being in NY, and this one we are looking forward to being in Asheville with our dear community. Candle lighting tomorrow in the WNC area is at 5:52 PM. May our collective light ignite the darkness of night!
Shabbat Shalom to one and all 🤍 🤍🤍
