What better way to kick off our Holy Spirit series in Revol Kids than with the start of Pursuit Nights. Watching children worship and praise with their parents is a powerful thing. We saw kids laying hands on those seeking deliverance. Kids were flagging and dancing in worship to the Lord. Children praying with their parents at the alter! This is what it’s all about! There is no Junior Holy Spirit!

Yesterday we talked about trusting what God’s Word says over our feelings….here are a few examples of what we may feel sometimes vs what the TRUTH is:

Dumb vs WISE
Lonely vs NEVER ALONE
Worthless vs IMPORTANT
Don’t feel saved vs I AM SAVED

We used the example of trying to stand on a bouncy ball vs standing on the ROCK. We can anchor ourselves in Jesus and what HE says and stay firm and secure.

This past Sunday in Revol kids, we learned that Faith looks like obedience! We talked on Sunday about Jesus’ first miracle, turning water into wine. Somewhere in the middle, between the servants filling the pitchers with water and taking a cup to the master of the wedding, was when Jesus turned the water into wine. The servants were obedient to do whatever Jesus told them even though they didn’t understand. And somewhere in the middle of their obedience is when the miraculous took place! We can obey, even when we don’t understand. ❤️
