Stella Kearns — a woman who encouraged, loved, prayed, and quietly made this world brighter — went home to be with the Lord this past Wednesday. Since her passing, I’ve received so many calls and messages from people who were drawn to Stella because of her kindness, her joy, her compassion, and her deep love for the Lord. We knew we had a blessing among us while Stella was here, and her passing has left a real emptiness in our hearts. Yet the memories she gave us — and the comfort of God’s Spirit — will carry us forward and give us strength for tomorrow.

Tomorrow (Sunday) at 2:00pm, we will gather at Foster Street Wesleyan Church for a Celebration of Life Service to honor Stella and support her family. It will be a time to remember a life well‑lived, a faith well‑worn, and a love well‑shared.

And today, we thank God that Stella is fully alive in the presence of Jesus — reunited with family and friends, whole, radiant, and joyful in that glorious place called Heaven. Stella, we love you. We will miss you. And because of God’s grace, we will see you again soon.
