We are excited to celebrate a special milestone for Pastor Franklin Smith!

After faithfully completing all requirements of the Ministerial Internship Program (MIP) and successfully passing the Ordination examination, Pastor Franklin has officially been recognized as an Ordained Minister in the Church of God.

The Church of God recognizes three levels of ministerial rank:
• Exhorter
• Ordained Minister
• Ordained Bishop

Pastor Franklin serves faithfully here at West Asheboro Church of God as our Minister to Teens, Life Group leader, member of the Pastors Council, Music Ministry leader, and regularly ministers through outreach to Adult & Teen Challenge.
