A Historic Moment in the Life of FTOP International Fellowship, Inc.

As we continue building the foundation of this fellowship, we pause to recognize a significant milestone in our journey. The appointment of Overseer Phillip Ashton Cheek and Overseer Azende Tyrek Monroe represent more than titles, they represent structure, stewardship, and strategic preparation for where God is taking us.

From the beginning, the vision of FTOP International Fellowship has never been simply to gather churches, but to build a healthy apostolic fellowship capable of strengthening pastors, developing leaders, planting ministries, fostering unity, and advancing the Kingdom of God beyond the walls of any single congregation.

Overseer Phillip Ashton Cheek has been entrusted with Church Development, Leadership, and Outreach, helping us build strong ministries, effective leaders, and greater Kingdom impact.

Overseer Azende Tyrek Monroe has been entrusted with Spiritual Affairs, Evangelism, Prayer, and Apostolic Culture, helping us preserve the spiritual DNA of this fellowship while cultivating revival, prayer, and Kingdom advancement.

This is not the culmination of a vision, it is the beginning of one. We are laying foundations today for generations we may never personally meet. We are building systems that will strengthen churches, support pastors, develop leaders, and expand the influence of this fellowship for years to come.

What began as a vision is becoming a movement.

We thank God for these leaders and look forward with expectation as FTOP International Fellowship, Inc. continues to grow, serve, and impact communities through churches that is committed to reflecting the light and love of Jesus Christ to a generation in need of hope.

The foundation is being laid. The structure is being built. The future is being prepared.

What a powerful conclusion to our ALL IN: Fellowship Summit during the Apostolic Encounter!

Today, our Bishop challenged us not to allow this weekend to become just another emotional experience, but a divine encounter that produces kingdom assignment.

We were reminded that God never brings us into His presence simply to feel His glory, He brings us into His presence to receive instruction, impartation, and direction. Every encounter carries a responsibility. Every visitation demands a response.

As we return to our churches and communities, we do not leave merely inspired, we leave commissioned. We leave with fresh vision, renewed strength, and a greater commitment to advance the Kingdom of God.

The charge is clear: Move from Encounter to Assignment.

May the fire we received become the fuel for ministry. May the word we heard become the work we do. May the glory we experienced become the evidence of transformed lives in every city, church, and community represented.

Thank you to every pastor, leader, member, and guest who joined us for this life-changing weekend. We came ALL IN, and we leave empowered to go ALL OUT for the Kingdom!

We are grateful for the International Mother of FTOP International Fellowship, Inc., Mother Brenda Gray, who began Morning Glory by leading us into a powerful time of intercession as we prepared our hearts for the Apostolic Encounter.

Her prayers helped set the atmosphere and position us to receive what God had in store. Thank you, Mother Gray, for your faithful leadership, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to covering this fellowship in prayer.

🔥 DAY TWO of the ALL IN: Fellowship Summit was absolutely phenomenal! 🔥

Yesterday was filled with growth, connection, and unforgettable moments. Our Leadership Intensive, with Prophet Karyn Afari, was powerful, practical, and transformational.

Leaders from across the fellowship engaged in meaningful discussions, shared insights, asked important questions, and participated in healthy conversations that will strengthen our churches and leadership for years to come.

While leaders were being equipped, our children and youth enjoyed an amazing time of fellowship and fun at the pool, creating memories and building friendships in a fun environment.

The day concluded with our Unity Mixer, and what a blessing it was! Great food, laughter, fellowship, and genuine relationship-building filled the atmosphere. We were reminded that ministry is not only about working together—it’s about growing together, loving one another, and strengthening the bonds that make us family.

As we prepare for today’s Apostolic Encounter, our hearts are full of gratitude for what God is doing through this fellowship. We are truly experiencing what it means to be ALL IN—Together!

🙌 Leadership was strengthened.
🏊 Children and youth had a blast.
🤝 Relationships were deepened.
❤️ Fellowship was enriched.
🔥 And God continues to move among us.
