1st Thessalonians 5:16-18
16.) Rejoice Always
17.) Pray without ceasing
18.) In everything give thanks ; for this is the will of God in Christ
Jesus for You.
Our Joy, our Prayers and our Thankfulness should not fluctuate with our circumstances or our feelings. Obeying these three commands - to be Joyful, Pray Continually and to give Thanks often, goes against our natural ways. When we make a conscious decision a Commitment to do what God says, we will begin to see people in a whole new perspective. When we do Gods will, we will find it Easy to be Joyful and Prayerful and Thankful.
