Today's sermon by Pastor Anthony takes us, once again, to the teachings of Jesus. In many of the Lord's teachings here on Earth, He uses parables. This method of teaching made it very accessible to any audience. However, the meaning behind the parable is only for those who have the Holy Spirit with them in order to "guide them into all truth." As believers, we need to do more than read and know Scripture. We need to be able to "apply" the spiritual truths to our lives. Then, and only then, will it accomplish its intended purpose, which is to transform us into the image of His son, Jesus Christ. Let's listen!

In today's sermon, Mel brings us a sermon that asks a very important question: "Do we really KNOW Jesus?" Many people know all about the Bible and the person of Jesus. But, the reality is, there are far fewer who truly know Him the way that He desires. In order to do that, we must continually build our relationship with Him in prayer and intimate time together. As we spend time with Him, we begin to truly know His heart, and we can, in turn, pour our hearts out to Him in love and adoration.
