OneHeartDC is a movement uniting and mobilizing churches, church networks and other organizations to saturate Metro Washington DC (DMV) with the Good News of Jesus Christ. There is enormous wealth in our community, yet there are also extreme levels of anxiety, depression, division, poverty and brokenness. As Christians, we know that God has shown us the
way to thrive in a broken world. We recognize that Pastors leading diverse Christian communities across our region are on the front lines working to improve the spiritual, physical, and mental health of thousands of people in our region every day. Pastoring is an exhausting, stressful, lonely job. Pastors are susceptible to burnout and falling into sin. Our Purpose:
One Heart DC was founded to connect pastors from across our region to strengthen, support and up-hold them, to allow them to fulfill their calling and to positively impact the lives of people across our region. Vision:
Dramatically advance the Kingdom of God in the Washington DC area by growing pastor-to-pastor relationships, and strengthening the mission Jesus gave us in His John 17 prayer: “I pray also for those who believe in me…that all of them may be one.”

To create a Gospel community that has One Heart by encouraging and connecting pastors.
