We believe in one eternally existent, infinite God, Sovereign of the universe that He only is God, creative and administrative, Holy in nature, attributes and purpose, that He, as God is first in the God Head, an essential being, revealed as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe in Jesus Christ, the second Person of the God-Head; that He was eternally one with the Father; that He became incarna

te by the Holy Spirit and was born of the Virgin Mary, so that two whole and perfect natures, that is to say the Go Head and manhood are this united in one person very God and very man, the God-Man. We believe that Jesus Christ died for our sins and that He truly arose from the dead and took again His body, together with all things appertaining to the perfection of man’s nature, wherewith He ascended into Heaven and is there engaged in intercession for us. We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Third Person of the God-Head. He (the Holy Spirit) is ever present and efficiently active in and with the Church of Christ, convincing the world of sin, regenerating those who repent and believe, sanctifying believers, and guiding into all truth as it is in Jesus.

Trust God even when the road doesn’t make sense. 🙏

Adversity can make us question the journey, but difficult seasons don’t mean God has abandoned us. Sometimes the storm is where our faith grows deepest, our strength is renewed, and we learn to depend on Him in ways we never have before.

You may not understand what God is doing right now, but you can trust who He is. Keep praying. Keep believing. Keep walking by faith.

“When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.” — Psalm 56:3

The storm won’t last forever, but the faith you build in the storm can carry you for a lifetime. ❤️

2026 MACOGBF VBS in Review

Day 1: Jesus Is God’s Promised Son

Bible Story: Matthew 16:13–20

What We Learned:
Jesus asked His disciples who they believed He was. Peter boldly answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.”

Key Truth:
Jesus is the promised Messiah, the Son of God.

Day 2: Jesus Is God’s Perfect Son

Bible Story: Matthew 3

What We Learned:
Jesus was baptized by John, and God the Father declared, “This is my beloved Son.” Jesus always obeyed His Father perfectly.

Key Truth:
Jesus obeyed God perfectly.

Day 3: Jesus Is the Proven Son of God

Bible Story: Matthew 28

What We Learned:
Jesus rose from the dead! The empty tomb proves that He defeated sin and death and is alive forever.

Key Truth:
Jesus is alive!

Day 4: Jesus Is God’s Plan for Forgiveness

Bible Story: Acts 2–4

What We Learned:
After Jesus returned to heaven, the Holy Spirit empowered the disciples to boldly share the good news. Many people believed in Jesus, received forgiveness, and became part of God’s family.

Key Truth:
Through Jesus, we can be forgiven and share His love with others.

Throughout VBS, we discovered that Jesus is:

God’s Promised Son
God’s Perfect Son
God’s Proven Son
God’s Plan for Forgiveness

Main Takeaway:
Because Jesus is God’s Son who lived perfectly, died for our sins, and rose again, everyone who trusts in Him can receive forgiveness, have eternal life, and boldly share His love with others.
