Generation Love ❤️ at VBS 2025
I love so much about this picture. I’m probably a bit biased because I’ve stepped into my grandma role this year and can feel this love.

Grandma Susan volunteered and her grands attended VBS AND look at those smiles of being together. I’ll call it even 🙂… having VBS fun = learning/singing/creating = knowing Jesus loves you= making new friends = spending time together as a family.

Intergenerational sharing of faith and memories. Priceless.

Rain did not stop our VBS fun on day #2 at VBS.

The children learned about the amazing strong faithful women in the Bible - Ruth and Naomi, they created crosses from nature - keeping with the “Camp Firelight “ theme, music is a BIG hit - we are dancing, singing all morning, the labyrinth and parachute prayers are very creative and bible games to basketball engaged our older campers.

We were blessed Bishop Bourlakas visited St. David’s on his first day, June 1, for Confirmations, Receptions, and Reaffirmations! Welcome Bishop Bourlakas!

VBS Day #1 - CAMP FIRELIGHT!
Campers and volunteers explored how we learn to put our trust in God. We danced, told stories, created dream catchers, walked the labyrinth, prayed parachute prayers, and played games.

“Whenever I’m afraid, I put my trust
