At the start of our uplifting Afternoon of Jazz concert, The City of Asbury Park and the community gathered gave special honors and a proclamation to a musical icon of the area, Mr. Dorian Parreott, who also celebrated his 90th birthday last year.
With two previous cancellations due to weather the third time was indeed the charm and a wonderful afternoon of music,fellowship and food were enjoyed by all.
We are especially thankful to Tommy Labella and his band of jazz musicians for sharing their time and talent with us.

We are thankful for the Episcopal Church Women (ECW) of St. Augustine's for hosting the much needed "Lenten Morning of Prayer, Meditation and Healing". We are especially grateful to Ms. K***e Carlos who was our presenter and guide on the topic of "Staying Spiritual ly Centered in Times of Trauma".

At our Annual meeting we welcomed new Vestry members, as well as Delegates and Alternates to Convention and Convocation and also highlighted all the programs that we accomplished throughout the year with our written reports. On February 22 we included within our morning worship an Induction and Commissioning Ceremony for the parish leadership to recommit to our ministries in the church.
