It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closing of the Arroyo Grande United Children's Center, effective January 2, 2025. Since our establishment in July 2005 as a ministry of the First United Methodist Church of Arroyo Grande, we have been proud to serve this wonderful community. It has truly been a joy for our staff to nurture, care for, and build connections with the many families who entrusted us with their children’s early education and care. The staff take pride in having taught numerous children, fostering a love of learning, and making a meaningful impact in the world.

As I reflect on my time as director, I am grateful for the valuable moments we've shared. The laughter, learning, and love we experienced will always hold a special place in my heart.

Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your children's lives and for supporting our community.

As Thanksgiving draws near 🦃, there’s something tender about watching Snoopy melt into a warm hug, reminding us that the greatest blessings in life aren’t wrapped in ribbons or placed on a table — they’re the people who make us feel loved.

In a world that moves too fast ❤️, moments like this slow us down and whisper what really matters: holding our loved ones close, noticing the small joys, and letting gratitude fill the spaces words can’t reach. And as we gather this season, may our hearts stay open and our appreciation shine a little brighter ✨ — just like Snoopy would want.
