Sunrise service was exactly like all the ones before, cold and long. I could see a bank of clouds over Kansas was going to steal all the show of colors that usually accompany rising at such an hour.
But as listening to the sermon my eyes were drawn to the clouds just above the Pastor's right shoulder in the distance. On the edge of the grey formation, what appeared a small cloud, resembling a man walking towards us. The sun caught him as if were on fire. My eyes were captivated as the clouds around him glowed also. The rolling, firery clouds about him looked like horsemen charging forward with the first leading the way.
I fumbled for my phone to capture the awe of the moment but it slipped away in a flash. I looked around but no one else saw it.
It was if the majesty of the coming of the 2nd coming had previewd for me alone. This shook me to the core. It is never just another service, it Is always a new day, a new beginning. How many of us are missing the blessings of a God "who makes all things new..."

3ft snow, folks say they can't remember a storm this. Lucky there was little or no wind with this much snow there would be power outages, closed roads ,stranded travlers, multi vehicle accedents. So we'll take it.
