💦 Ready to kick off the best year yet? 💦

Teens on the Teche is BACK with our annual Kick-Off Party, and we are starting with a splash! Join us for an epic night of water balloon capture the flag, great food, and powerful prayer. All teens in 8th through 12th grade from the Arnaudville, Leonville, Cecilia, and Grand Coteau areas are invited to attend!

Here is everything you need to know:
📅 Date: Sunday, August 30, 2026
🕔 Time: 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM
📍 Location: Little Flower Auditorium
🍔 Food: Free burgers will be served!
👟 Dress Code: Wear comfortable, appropriate clothes that can get wet. Bring a towel! NO SWIM SUITS.

We will cap off this amazing night together with Eucharistic Adoration and Benediction. Invite your friends from around the area and let’s start the year strong!

High school youth from across the region are invited to a powerful day of faith, fellowship, and fun!

📅 Saturday, October 10, 2026
⏰ 9:00 am - 9pm
📍 Our Lady of Hope Catholic Retreat Center - Chatawa, MS
✨ Theme “Our Life, Our Sweetness, and Our Hope,” this one day festival will include:
🎶 Live music by The Vigil Project
🎤 Speakers: Cajun Mama’s, appearance’s by Fr. Michael Champagne, Fr. Brad Doyle, Emcee Deacon Michael Parker, and other special guest!
🙏🏻 Confessions • Adoration • Holy Mass

🎉 An unforgettable evening of praise and worship!
💵 Registration - $75
Youth Director and all Religious - Free
🍗🍟🍲Lunch and Dinner included
👕All participants will receive a Hope Youth Fest T- Shirt!

Meet Teens on the Teche! 🚣‍♀️✝️🌳

Our inter-parish youth group serving Arnaudville, Cecilia, Grand Coteau, and Leonville, helping high schoolers encounter Christ through Adoration, Community, Theology, and Service.

We meet every other Sunday at 5pm at St. Catherine’s Rectory in Arnaudville, and we’d love to have you, whether that’s:
-Teens looking to grow in faith and friendship
-Adults ready to volunteer as a chaperone, Core Team member, catechist, or Spiritual Parrain.

As Pope Leo XIV reminds us, “All Catholics should sense an urgency to share the Gospel message of God’s love with others and to welcome them as brothers and sisters.”

🌊🚣‍♂️ BAYOU TECHE CLEANUP ALERT! 🚣‍♂️🌊
The Fête Dieu du Teche boat procession is coming up fast, and we need to make sure Bayou Teche looks its absolute best to welcome the Blessed Sacrament! ✨

Our youth group is hitting the banks this weekend for a quick power-hour cleanup, and we need your help to make it happen!
💪 The Deets:
🗓️ When: Sunday 8/9/26 from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
📍 Where: Meet us on the bayou banks right behind St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church
👕 Wear: Comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting a little dirty (keep it appropriate, please!), plus closed-toe shoes!

Come ready to work, hang out with friends, and serve our community! Gloves and trash bags will be provided. Let’s show our bayou some love! 🌎💙
