We don’t often post the things we do, because we don’t do these things for earthly recognition, honor, praise, etc. All glory, honor, and praise belongs to Our Lord, Jesus Christ.

But these beautiful teens and our entire Teens on the Teche Core Team, with their families, stepped out of their comfort zone today to practice what they preach. We were able to serve with huge smiles and full hearts today at St. Joseph Diner and we are beyond grateful for the graces given to us to be able to do so.

As Catholics, we are called to love, that is willing the good of others, through our words, thoughts, and actions. Love is a verb. It is dying to ourselves, our own personal desires, to serve those around us just as Christ did. If we don’t do it, who will?

Let us always remember to serve others around us with a joyful heart, never counting the cost or expecting anything in return, not because we have to but because we love to… because we are Christ to others.

Fundraising efforts are underway in preparation for Steubenville South next summer and WE NEED YOUR HELP!

1. Calling ALL Bakers
- Whether are you are Rachel Ray or Betty Crocker… it doesn’t matter! We’re looking for donated homemade or store bought treats of ALL SORTS to sell. Please reach out to Dena Robin or email [email protected] if you’re interested in donating.

2. Come visit us following all weekend masses on November 29-30 and BUY SOME GOODIES. Bonus… you get to see our faces 😜
