We are stocking the Community Food Pantry twice a week and checking the prayer request box as well. Leave us a prayer request and we will be in prayer for you and your family. Pens and paper are provided.

Happy Mother's Day!

In the book of 1st Samuel 1, Hannah longed for a child and prayed and prayed to the Lord so much so that the priest, Eli thought she was drunk! I wonder if she was deep in prayer and didn't give much thought to what people thought of her. Eli prayed with her then in time the Lord provided and she conceived then gave birth to Samuel. Hannah waited until he was weaned then took him back to the Priest Eli to live as her dedication and gratitude to the Lord.

Sometimes the Lord grants us our petitions and some times the unanswered prayer IS also answered prayers we just do not know it yet.

As we keep praying for and over our children we will never cease in growing toward Jesus and looking for him in all aspects of your life. Read His word, Love Him, Lean on Him, Let us be Grateful today for our blessings as a Mother!
