Today we celebrated by giving praise and worship to the God who has brought us this far and we pray for his blessing of another 129 years into the future!

We are praying that God covers all the students, teachers, parents & faculty during this new school year & that His word strengthens them to stand boldly for Christ!

Sometimes the things we go through leave bruises on our heart and it causes us to just operate around the hurt while never really working through it.

But God wants to heal us from our traumas by shifting our perspective and changing how we look at and relate to the things that happened to us.

If you’ve been trying to deal with the hurt alone, God telling you that you don’t have to do it alone anymore. Turn to Him, so that true healing can begin!

These past few weeks we’ve been walking through how to deal with childhood trauma…

We often tell ourselves we don’t want to burden others with our trauma, but we were never meant to carry our traumas alone.

It is through relying on God and the community He’s given you, that these burdens become lighter and we can start to heal.

Join us Wednesdays @ 6:30pm as we continue to journey together!

As believers, we’re called to walk in faith, not just talk about it. Scripture reminds us in Epistle of James 2:17 that “faith without works is dead.”

Faith requires movement.
Action.
Obedience.

We have to put action behind our words and beliefs and walk it how we talk it. 👣
