DEAR FRIENDS,
FOR MONTHS NOW, BEHIND THE SCENES, Jolene and I have been diligently working on a west coast “Spirit of America” tour for this July. The Lord clearly spoke to us to facilitate another journey through Olympia WA, Salem Oregon, Sacramento CA, Burbank, San Diego and other cities. I worked diligently—for days on end.

Then, as sometimes happens, the Lord upended the entire itinerary we had planned. Beginning with a surprise directive to join together in Alaska for 7-22!

That’s when the calendar kinda went sideways. Availability. Scheduling conflicts. A mountain-sized funding quagmire. Lord this was you, right?

Not that we really needed confirmation. Maybe just a little encouragement. WE MUST SEE THE WEST COAST TURN!

OHIO PROPHESIES WEST COAST GLORY!�
At just the right time, encouragement came in an astonishing way. From Ohio, of all places! Tim Sheets hosted the recent Glory River conference with his brother Dutch, with Hank Kunneman and others. In the midst, Tim received a stunning prophetic word from legendary prophet Sam Brassfield. A true Texan, Sam spoke his prophecy in Texas-sized terms. But it wasn’t about the Lone Star State. Or even Ohio. Instead it was about the west coast!

I’ve excerpted much of the prophecy below. Thank you Audrey Pannier btw for the transcript! Today we intend to share some prophetic secrets about our tour, as well as this amazing prophecy that confirms God’s direction so dramatically.

And I want to make something clear here. Just because the Lord has used this as confirmation doesn’t mean we “own the word.” It probably confirmed scores of other initiatives as well. The overarching point is that God has His eyes on the west coast. He is rendering His verdict of justice. And a turnaround is on its way!

GLORY RIVER—PROPHECY FOR SALEM, WEST COAST�
Note: During the conference Tim Sheets recounted Sam’s prophetic word, and Dutch and Tim together prophesied into it.
“I had a dream, and I was awakened about 2:00 in the morning. Um, and I dreamed about the Glory River conference that you're having.

And as soon as he woke up from the dream, he heard these words, Oregon, Oregon, Oregon. Um, I'm doing a great thing in Salem, Oregon. Salem, of course, is the capital. of Oregon.
It will become known as the Niagara Falls of Glory. It will be known as the Niagara Falls of Glory on the West Coast. Of course, Salem, in the Bible, means peace, and it was Jerusalem, it became Jerusalem, it was first called Salem. And in Psalms 110, Melchizedek was the king of Salem representing, of course, the king of glory, Jesus, the Prince of Peace are our high priest.

And he said, in this dream, that he said, Lord, Lord, what is this? What are you... What are you telling me? It's not making sense to him at that point. And the Lord said, Oregon again, and finally, he said, he lifted up. And it's a Shoshone (Native American) word.
And Oregon means river of the west. Yeah. River of the West.

…Declare that Glory River West will now begin to rise. The river of God will flow through Oregon. Then Washington, washing it. Washington State, and then down through California. Wow.

He said you're to release the River of the West. From the Glory River Conference. Then, send back (those who attended the conference from Oregon) with the anointing from this conference. And you begin to intercede in Salem, Oregon. And God's gonna use you. And if you will steward it and pray it, a Niagara of glory will begin to flow. I don't think we were ready for that until now.

…Glory River to the West Coast. We release it now. wholeness, wholeness, wholeness, wholeness, wholeness, the river. They brings wholeness, the river, that brings healing, the river, that brings salvation, the river, that brings revival, the river, the river, the river.

Everything lives where the river goes. We release it to Oregon, to Washington, to California. And then Idaho, and then Nevada, and then Utah. We say the West will burn with holy fire. And the River of God will cover that region of America with life again. Springs in the desert and rivers in the wilderness.

There's something holy about this. As he said, this is just not a ritual. This is not symbolic. This is an announcement of the kingdom of God. This is historic. It has something to do with the rededication of this nation. Because of that, the king says, I will realign. and I will rebirth, and I will reestablish covenant. We declare great harvest coming from the West Coast!

PRAYER MOVEMENT IGNITED THE JESUS REVOLUTION�Remember how Paul Revere’s midnight watch launched a revolution. A new freedom nation came to birth that night. A global cycle of rulership by bloodline monarchies began to break. The world would never be the same.

Same with the Jesus Revolution of the 1970s. Talk about a turnaround! Imagine parenting your sons and daughters during the late 1960s and 1970s. An entire generation was teetering towards the abyss of an American culture which had suddenly turned vehemently anti-christian. Really, anti-christ.

Well, come to think of it, that’s not too much of a stretch from the struggles faced by parents in the 2020s. Right? The woke agenda? Parents labeled as “domestic terrorists” simply for objecting to young men in women’s bathrooms?

And lets not forget the horrific, global surge of antisemitism immediately following October 7.

During the 1960s, it was the relentless prayers of mothers and fathers which redirected one of the most restless, radical, rebellious and yet innovative generations towards the Lord. They didn’t “go back to Jesus” in the traditional sense. No, they stepped forward to Him, leaving behind the rituals of religion and embracing genuine encounters with the Lord.

Worship changed. Prayer changed. Missions changed Services changed. The world profoundly changed.

PARENTS PRAYING AGAIN!�
We are seeing the igniting of a prayer movement now, including in our recently-launched Midnight Watch! On our calls and throughout the nation, it can again be said that moms and dads are not only praying, but they are CONTENDING in prayer for the salvation of their children. There’s a big difference.

And we’re continuing to contend for Israel and America. Each hour of the midnight watch begins with a “Big Ben Minute” segment!

IS GOD IGNITING ANOTHER JESUS REVOLUTION?�
Back in 2023, Cindy Jacobs prophesied to us that a Jesus Revolution would again be ignited—and that we would have a role to play. To paraphrase her prophecy, “When the Spirit of Elijah Tour comes to the United States, it will ignite the next phase of the Jesus Revolution!”

This word was a follow-up to Cindy’s first revolutionary word to us. She prophesied that we would be “Spiritual Paul Reveres, holding out the burning lamp, going from city to city and instead of saying the British are coming, you will be saying ‘the Lord is coming!’”

Well, on April 18, 2026, these words converged. On the anniversary of Paul Revere’s ride, over the 250th anniversary of American independence, we launched the Spirit of America Tour in Faneuil Hall Boston. Known as the Cradle of Liberty, it was the very hall where Revere, Hancock, Warren, John Adams, Sam Adams and many others met to ignite the American Revolution.
And very intentionally, the tour we launched is the American counterpart of the Spirit of Elijah Tour, with all the same leaders.
There’s no turning back. A Jesus Revolution has been ignited.
The nation and world have already changed, and great things are yet ahead.

FROM STALEMATE TO CHECKMATE�
Without question the Iran crisis needs to move from a perpetual stalemate into a checkmate. But wait, there’s more! What areas in your life have you found yourself at an impasse? Are you running short of oil in your devotional life? Maybe you’ve found yourself at a relational impasse? What does breakthrough in each case look like?

We are also grateful for all in the military and intelligence communities who daily lay down their lives to keep us free. From the depths of our hearts, THANK YOU!

And also, for the watchmen of the Lord, THANK YOU for your vigilance, your sacrifice, your willingness to pay the price for God’s breakthrough. Our Nation owes you a debt of gratitude. We remember!

THE DECISIVE MOMENT�
We were honored to spend the morning of Memorial Day/Pentecost with Jen Mallan and two amazing veterans for a special tour of MacDill Air Force Base, home to CENTCOM and SOCOM. What a way to memorialize America’s 250th anniversary of freedom!

At the same time, the pivotal hinge of history we are in right now regarding Iran, Israel, and America became haltingly real. In the photojournalism world we would call this “a decisive moment.” You either capture the moment or you miss the picture entirely.
It’s the same in the spiritual realm. Lets capture the moment!
Please pray for President Trump as he must make the right decisions when it comes to Iran—be it peace or war. Because devastation is absolutely a potential reality. This hour hauntingly resembles the previous time we prayed with Jen on the base. It was on Yom Kippur 2023, just over a week before the October 7 massacre. We felt the tension in the spirit then and “knew” war was coming.

During today’s broadcast Jen, Chris Mitchell, Jolene and I will share what we feel the Lord is saying prophetically right now, and how we can capture the moment to secure longterm blessing. Speaking of which…

SPIRIT OF AMERICA—GAINING GROUND!�The Spirit of America-Midnight Watch, prophesied by Chuck Pierce just five weeks ago ago on the anniversary of Paul Revere’s midnight ride, has become an imperative. Here’s a secret. You may or may not realize that redeeming original intent has everything to do with 7-22 this year. For both for your assignments personally and our assignments together.

YOU JUST CAN’T MAKE THIS UP. On the 250th anniversary of fasting and prayer for breakthrough at Independence Hall, leading to the birth of our nation, with the highest-level government leaders once again fully engaged for the future of our land, AMERICA HAS BEEN REDEDICATED!

And then—I receive a call from a friend with our home group who is now a lawyer at the DOJ. She invited Jolene and me to a special gathering for the film premiere of “By Dawn’s Early Light.” Great title. But what’s it about?

“By Dawn’s Early Light” is a documentary about ANTI-CHRISTIAN BIAS IN GOVERNMENT, especially during the Biden Administration. It’s a companion piece to the report issued by the DOJ called “Eradicating Anti-Christian Bias Within Federal Government.”

Would we like to come to the premiere? Sure…
It was by the LIGHT OF DAWN that the Lord spoke to me the phrase “I am overcoming the Deficit of Justice at the Department of Justice” way back in June 2018. The photo above is literally from the sunrise as I prayed.

Now, eight years later, we now have “By Dawn’s Early Light” with the Department of Justice exposing injustices! On the heels of America’s rededication to Christ!

The message? God remembers. He is entirely faithful He never loses track.
