Help me to truly believe that You are truly present, Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity, in the Holy Eucharist."

To be holy is to be set apart, to be "other". Practice fasting one day this week, maybe Friday. Offer your fast for a specific intention, and in your hunger, direct that desire towards God and ask Him to show you how to be more wholly His.

On Pentecost, Jesus Christ breathed over the apostles and turned sinners into instruments. Lean, this week and always, on the power of the Holy Spirit to turn you into an instrument of Mercy. Ask the Holy Spirit and our Blessed Mother for the grace and courage to, first, be transformed, and then plan to have a difficult conversation you've needed to have or extend Mercy to someone you needed to forgive.
