History Makers

History Makers History Makers is the World Changing youth group of Mizpa Ministries in the DMV area! They met while they were both working in the ministry.

Youth Pastors: Sergio and Franchesca Phipps are a living testimony of God's divine connection. Sergio has traveled the world preaching a message of restoration and love. Franchesca has spent years extracting potential among youth and teaching them to use their unique talents to expand the Kingdom. Sergio and Franchesca believe that God has called this generation of "dreamers" to action. Their desi

re is that through the message of Love, people will begin to "see" their dreams come to pass; develop their limitless potential; and give hope to the faint and broken. Sergio received his BA in Philosophy and Religion from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA in May, 2011. Franchesca received her BA and MA in Sociology from American University in August of 2011. They wed on September 11, 2011 and are Youth Pastors at Ministerio Mizpa in Alexandria, VA.
