BECOMING ONE - April 18, 2026.

Married couples - please join us for this year’s marriage conference. Marriage is beautiful, but it is also becoming — always growing, stretching, and being shaped by the One who designed it. This conference is ideal for couples in any season — newly married, seasoned, struggling, thriving, or anywhere in between. It offers a safe, hope‑filled environment to reconnect, rediscover God’s heart for marriage, and step into the next chapter of what your marriage is becoming.

We will be led by and who have been married over 25 years. Kerry, the founding Executive Director of the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute, holds formal training in international relations and biblical studies. A longtime homeschool mom, she now leads The Becoming Foundation and is the author of The Way of Becoming. Scott’s background is in business, with more than 25 years in ministry leadership, including helping launch Show Hope with co‑founders Mary Beth and Steven Curtis Chapman.

Last week, several of the young adults from our ROOTS young adults ministry, caravanned down to Kentucky for from January 1-3. We’re so encouraged to see the 18-25 year olds in our church investing their time together to be built up for living missionally and sharing the faith that continues to be built up in them!

A few shots from our Thanksgiving Member Gathering that was a full and beautiful time of worship, testimonies of God’s faithfulness, incredible food (especially the endless Thanksgiving desserts) and fellowship!

This Sunday: Join us for Thanksgiving Member Gathering!! The only thing better than one Thanksgiving dinner is TWO Thanksgiving dinners!!Cherrydale will provide smoked turkeys, and our members will bring traditional Thanksgiving sides and desserts (go to cherrydale.org/membergathering/ for more information).

This will also be a time where we get to hear popcorn style testimonies of God’s faithfulness through the year! This will be a special family time of remembrance and gratitude together! Please register and join us!!

Every Wednesday at 3pm, our staff reviews the previous Sunday’s sermon and previews the upcoming Sunday’s sermon together. We are so grateful to have a pastoral team that humbly welcomes input on the teaching and preaching of the word so openly!
