The City of Arlington’s Homeless Emergency Cold Weather Shelter plan is activated on dates when temperatures reach 39 degrees or below for four or more consecutive hours overnight.

Nations is the largest of 3 warming shelters that will be open for people without shelter during the cold this weekend. We are open all day today to receive donations. We still need

Air beds
Blankets or sleeping bags
Pillows
Breakfast foods and snacks
Water
Toiletries
Volunteers!!

The Salvation Army center and some churches will be open overnight in Arlington for emergency cold weather shelter.

With the frigid weather moving in this Friday, Nations Church Arlington will be opening as a warming center this weekend to provide shelter and a meal to those without a roof. Please spread the word and reach out to Tenille Nichols at 903-714-1954 if you would like to contribute to the cause. We do have needs and want to service our city well!

What a wonderful turnout and a tremendously blessed day of fellowship! The rain didn’t keep us down! Thank you to everyone who showed up for our first annual Fall Festival! We love you and we hope to see you again!

Hey Family! The 3 worship leaders of BTC have worked to come up with a playlist of worship songs that we will use during this time of transformation. We have each picked 6 songs to add to the list. The heart behind this was having a base of songs that our church family is familiar with and “can sing with their eyes closed”. This is the list we will be pulling from for the next 6 weeks as we do our best to follow Jesus through this replant process. I thought it would be nice to have these in a playlist that you can access and listen to throughout the week. This is an exciting time and I can’t wait to see what the Lord has in store for us!
