Here are 3 simple ways to care for your mental health this week:
• Pray honestly (God can handle every thought and feeling)
• Take intentional breaks from social media
• Talk to someone you trust

Small steps can lead to real healing. You don’t have to do this alone.

Don’t ignore what you’re feeling—bring it to God and to community. Healing happens in both.

Blooming Beauties 🌸✨

Today Pastor Tracie reminded us that growth isn’t always easy—but it’s always worth it.

🌱 Growth takes time.
Don’t quit just because it’s not happening quickly.

✂️ Growth can be painful.
Pruning doesn’t mean punishment—it means God is preparing you for more.

🌷 You may not choose the season you’re in, but you can still bloom there.

Start blooming in places you didn’t choose. God is still working. 💛
