We were blessed to host our School of Performing Arts Spring Concert, “ Sounds of Alleluia.”

The evening featured 10 wonderful performances and solos from our dedicated students.

The concert celebrated their hard work with awards recognizing both growth and excellence across all classes, and introduced our new “Salvation in Action” Award. This year’s recipient, 14yr old Aylin. She was honored for her outstanding service, leadership, and commitment. Completing over 70 hours of volunteer service and representing the Army at numerous public events.

It was a joyful night celebrating talent, dedication and hearts for service! We are so proud of all of our students.

Our facility was blessed to welcome an incredible group of volunteers from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Their group toured our programs and learned more about the heart behind what we do to serve individuals and families in our community.

But they didn’t stop there- This amazing group helped refresh our YET center, Corps and Family Shelter. Their kindness and energy truly brought new life to these spaces! We are grateful for their partnership and compassion when it comes to serving our community.

Grateful for Love In Action 💐

We are so thankful for our Family Life Center Advisory Committee for continuing to live out their Love In Action initiative.

They helped host a beautiful craft night with the moms of our Resident Shelter and our Women’s Ministry group, creating adorable Easter Bonnet door hangers together.

A wonderful event filled with creativity, laughter, and meaningful fellowship. Thank you to everyone who made this night so special with pouring love into our community in such tangible ways.

For Lieutenant Jillian Warf, the opportunity to serve with The Salvation Army is both a sacred privilege and a profound responsibility. As an officer at the Arlington Corps Community Center, she leads with love, believing that her “soul” purpose is to teach others how to rely on God and His Word.

This Women’s History Month, we’re celebrating the women who lead with compassion, strength, and unwavering faith at The Salvation Army. This week, our Family Life Center Advisory Committee put love into motion by making and delivering Valentine’s baskets to our family residents. 🧺💝

Throughout history, U.S. presidents have recognized The Salvation Army's mission of service without discrimination.

In 1954, President Dwight D. Eisenhower established National Salvation Army Week, praising our "dedication to human brotherhood." Since then, we have continued serving our North Texas community.

Happy President's Day!

Love can take many forms.

A warm meal when hunger feels hopeless.
A kind voice amid an internal battle.
A helping hand when all seems lost.

This Valentine's Day, let us remember that love isn't just a feeling — it's an action. Because of your generosity, communities across North Texas experience love in its most tangible form: a path from crisis to stability, from isolation to community, and from despair to hope.

Thank you for choosing love and Doing the Most Good.
