Deborah was a mighty leader, judge, and warrior in Israel — yet she identified herself first as a mother.
Though she carried authority in battle and wisdom to lead a nation, she understood that the heart and capacity of a mother carried even greater weight. Her strength was not only seen in war, but in her ability to nurture, cover, guide, and rise for God’s people.
