First Presbyterian Church Arlington Sunday worship is at 11:00 in the Sanctuary. Sunday School Classes for all ages are from 9:45 to 10:45.

FPCA had seven youth choir members participate in a mass choir of 75 youth to lead worship at Westlake Hills Presbyterian Church at the annual Youth Cue event Feb. 22. The singers prepared six anthems in advance, rehearsed them Saturday, then performed in two worship services with a chamber orchestra. Nora Sanders, FPCA soprano, was selected as one of the featured soloists. Five adults and two siblings joined them for the weekend. In addition to making music, the group also participated in Bible study and fellowship. Come hear them present two of these anthems in worship on Sunday, March 1.

We are so grateful that our Minister of Music/Facilities Administrator not only knows his music, is mechanically, electronically and technically knowledgeable, but he also shovels snow and ice for choir members so there is no excuse to miss a choir rehearsal. Thank you, for all you do and give to FPCA!

Due to unsafe travel conditions, this week's Wednesday Men's Bible Study and Quilting Group meetings will be canceled. The Saints Alive luncheon on Thursday, Jan. 29 will also be canceled. Church offices will open in accordance with Arlington ISD's weekday weather closings. Stay safe and warm!
