We had our final CMT (Collge Ministry Team) gathering of the season tonight. It is great to see all these young adults wearing masks, keeping their 3 ft distance and enjoying each other’s company while being Covid-19 compliant. See you all again during Easter/Spring Break.

PMT is moving to Wednesday!

Tonight is the last of the Thursday Youth Group PMT meetings. Next week we move to WEDNESDAY night at 7 PM. Hoping for a good showing next week. And we are serving pizza!

Why the flip of days? The high school schedule has many teens involved in extracurricular activities on Thursday evenings.

This also means our College Ministry Team will move to Thursday during their semester breaks.

Thursday, August 26, our ministry for high school students, PMT, will have a “meet-n-greet” in the Teen Center at 7 pm. All high schoolers are welcome. We’ve gotta start some where and some time, so why not NOW!

I know it is parent night at D214, but parents are welcome to join us, too.

As you may have heard, Danielle Pitzer has left St Edna. She has a new position in a different Parish. Keep her in your prayers as she starts a new chapter with a new ministry.

I will be back, part-time, to work with Youth Ministry/PMT. I’m looking forward to reconnecting with our awesome high school students. Other details TBD.

Hello everyone,

No PMT tonight – it’s a busy time for all of you, especially the seniors. Good luck as you finish year-end projects and take finals. And big congratulations to our graduating seniors!!! Well done all of you!

We will be on hiatus from now until Thursday, June 3. Heads up: we are seeking some additional adult leaders to take help ease the responsibility of adult leaders being present every week. I will put notices in the church bulletin, in the St. Edna newsletter, and on our page. Please spread the word. Later in May I will have a meeting for potential volunteers, and additional meetings with some alums, and with any of you who are interested to gather your thoughts about your preferences with PMT and what you think will attract younger teens to join our weekly meetings.

This year has been quite a wild ride! I am looking forward to reinstating a more consistent meeting schedule with activities and programming that you and your younger peers will enjoy.
