Beloved Brothers and Sisters,

May the peace, love, and fellowship with the Spirit of God be with you all.

We thank God for this year that is ending (2025), and for His love and provision that have prevailed in our lives.
My prayer for all of you is that in the New Year that is beginning, God will be glorified in our lives. We know beforehand that things will come into our lives; good and bad, joys and sorrows, sickness and health, successes and failures, but of one thing I am convinced and certain because the Word of God tells us: "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him..." (Romans 8:28).

It is time to strengthen the weak, to love the rejected, to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus and bring freedom to the captive. Let us remember this beautiful promise from God: "In Christ we are complete" (Colossians 2:10).

Blessed 2026!

Beloved brothers and sisters of Arenzville, Bluff Springs, and Concord UMC,

May Peace, Love, and Communion with the Holy Spirit be with you all.

We are practically at the end of 2025, a year full of many experiences for everyone; joys, accomplishments, frustrations, sorrows, victories, and most importantly, through everything we have lived, God has always been by our side. His faithfulness is great!

What awaits us in this new year 2026? Only God knows, and that is why we remember what the Apostle James said: “If the Lord wills, we will live and do this or that,” that is, the most important thing is to place our lives and families in God's hands.

My wish and the longing of my heart is that our churches grow spiritually and that our bonds of brotherhood be strengthened.

May this Christmas and New Year be filled with great blessings for you all!

In the Love of Christ,

Pastor Eduardo E. Morales

Revive your work, oh God.

Pastor Manuel Morales

Habakkuk 3: 1-2

1 Shigionoth tells of this prayer of Habakkuk, the man of God.
2 O Lord, I have heard of what You have done, and I am filled with fear. O Lord, do again in our times the great things which You have done before. Remember to show loving-kindness, even when You are angry.

• It says, “Revive your work ,” not “revive my work .” God’s work is greater and more extensive than ours. First of all, this.
• Second is to pray for “God, revive me . ”
We often blame the church for sin, corruption, laziness, prayerlessness, lack of spiritual power, or whatever—and we forget that we are the church. Pray for personal revival and diligently search within yourself:

• Observe your conduct - does your walk glorify the Lord as it should? What about your private conduct, which only the Lord sees?
• Observe your speech —is your way of speaking profane or impure? Do you talk about Jesus with others?
• Observe your fellowship – are you living a growing life, abiding with Jesus?

• In the midst of the times, make it known : Habakkuk desires that God do this work so that it will be evident to all as God's work. He prays that revival will be made known at a definite time and place ( in the midst of the times ), not just as an idea in someone's head.

◦ The times we live in are of darkness and obscurity.
◦ Difficult times, of uncertainty.
◦ End Times.

• In Sunday's Sermon I will conclude with a text that speaks of a revival in the last days.

Acts 2:17-20

17 God says, 'In the last days I will send My Spirit on all men. Then your sons and daughters will speak God's Word. Your young men will see what God has given them to see. Your old men will dream dreams. 18 Yes, on those I own, both men and women, I will send My Spirit in those days. They will speak God's Word. 19 I will show powerful works in the sky above. There will be things to see in the earth below like blood and fire and clouds of smoke. 20 The sun will turn dark and the moon will turn to blood before the day of the Lord. His coming will be a great and special day.
