🌍 “You will be my witnesses… to the ends of the earth.” — Acts 1:8

At First Methodist Ardmore, Acts 1:8 is our theme for the year and our calling as the church.

June is Faith Promise Month, and we invite you to join us as we celebrate the ministries and missions we support both locally and around the world through your faithful generosity.

What is Faith Promise?
Faith Promise is how we partner together to share the love of Jesus beyond our church walls—supporting ministries that bring hope, healing, discipleship, and practical care to people near and far.

This year, our Faith Promise goal is $100,000 as we seek to live out Acts 1:8 and be Christ’s witnesses in our community and to the ends of the earth.

Throughout the month of June, you can:
🙏 Pray in Carlock Chapel for our ministry partners
🧴 Participate in our Hygiene Item Drive
🌍 Visit Mission Stations in the Welcome Center to learn more about the ministries we support
🔗 Explore our Faith Promise ministry partners on our website
📄 Turn in Faith Promise commitment cards each week throughout June
And watch our Faith Promise paper ring goal grow! For every $500 pledged, we’ll add a new ring as we work together toward our church-wide goal.

This Sunday, we officially kick off Faith Promise Month and are honored to welcome special guests who will be sharing about the incredible ministries they serve:
• GRACES Guatemala
• Momentum Campus Ministry at ECU
• OMS Ministries
• Naomi House

We can’t wait to see what God will do through Faith Promise Month as we answer the call of Acts 1:8 together.

🍀 VBS is ONE WEEK from TODAY! 🍀

Emerald Crossing VBS begins June 8–11, and we can’t wait for an amazing week of faith, fun, and adventure!

If you haven’t signed your child up yet, now is the time! VBS is for children entering PreK through 5th Grade and takes place each morning from 9:00am–12:15pm.

At Emerald Crossing VBS, kids will journey through the beautiful landscapes of Ireland while exploring the powerful words of Psalm 23 and discovering that God is our Shepherd who loves, guides, and cares for them.
