From KLS kids, Happy Easter! We celebrated the ultimate gift of salvation as we learned about Jesus taking our sins away, visualized through a compelling object lesson, and enjoyed a fun-filled mini Jesus hunt complete with goodie bags!

The Joybelles learned about the armor of God tonight!!

The peeled orange sank when put into the water.
The orange with its shell stayed afloat when put in the water…without our shield we will sink! Without Gods Armor we are not protected against the schemes of the enemy and will sink…but with our Armor we rise to the top!

We took some time to understand what each piece represented and which ones we may have forgotten to put on today. We located where piece went as we put on our armor tonight!

As always, we ended the night in prayer🩷

The girls learned about Dorcas and who she was tonight. Did you know that Dorcas is the only female mentioned in the Bible as a disciple of Jesus? She was known for being kind and doing good deeds, what a great way to be known!

The girls also had a time of worship and prayer. His way is truly better than our way!

Kids can worship too! The Bible says that God has prepared praise from the lips of children and infants (Matthew 21:16), showing that their voices and hearts matter to Him.
