Notice on HOA Dues and Street lights:
There has been a delay on getting HOA bills out this year due to discrepancies between information on ownership in the billing system the HOA uses and they ownership records reflected but the county, we are working to get this update. Those that have previously provided valid email addresses were automatically emailed invoices and any payments made will be credited to the account. Checks that have been sent in are currently being processed and will be deposited in the very near future. When we are done updating the records invoices will be mailed out to those that haven't provided email addresses.
With respect to street lights any homeowner can go on Duke's website and self report street light issues, ones that are out or ones that burn all the time.
