As was announced last night we need volunteers for events the next two weeks...

•We need help this Saturday from 9-12 with yard cleanup. Please meet at church at 9 if you can help with this mission opportunity.

•We also need about 4-5 more volunteers for the Xtreme Missions day on Saturday, October 7th from 10 am-3 pm.

Lastly we are going to be announcing the dates for summer camp at Snowbird in the next several weeks. This will be open to all middle and high school students. If you are interested in going to camp please start talking to your parents now. Below is a link to the Snowbird website with the promotional video for this years camp. Parents are encouraged to watch the video to see what Snowbird camp is all about!

Looking forward to seeing everyone this Wednesday Night @ 6 p.m.!! We will continue our study on the book of James...Are you walking the walk, or just talking the talk? We'll see what James has to say to believers regarding this as he challenges all of us to not just say we have faith, but to prove it! See you Wednesday!!

Attention Calvary Youth! Please join us on Sunday as we serve those impacted by Hurricane Irma! We are planning to serve 400 people in our community and need food servers, table bussers, greeters, and help with set-up and clean up! We understand some of you are still without power so come cool off and charge your phones up too. Set up crews will start immediately following service on Sunday so message Kristen Hall 941-626-1524 if you are interested in serving.

Opportunity to serve our community! This Sunday night from 5-7 Calvary is having a community dinner for those in our community who are still without power. This will give them an opportunity to come and have a hot meal, enjoy the A/C and charge their cell phones. We would love to have your help in this! We need help setting up after church, serving during the meal and with cleanup afterwards. If you can help, please respond to this post or text/call Pastor Scott at 990-2901.
