Genesis 2:4-8

Exodus 19:18

Prophecy of the Gentleness of Jesus:
Zechariah 9:9: This prophecy anticipates His gentle, peaceful kingship and was fulfilled in Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday. He came in a humble manner riding a donkey. (Matthew 21:1-11; Mark 11:1-10; Luke 19:28-40; John 12:12-19)
2 Corinthians 10:1
1By the humility and gentleness of Christ, I appeal to you—I, Paul, who am “timid” when face to face with you, but “bold” toward you when away!
Ephesians 4:1-3
1 As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. 2 Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. 3 Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.
Titus 3:1-2
1 Remind the people to be subject to rulers and authorities, to be obedient, to be ready to do whatever is good, 2 to slander no one, to be peaceable and considerate, and always to be gentle toward everyone.

Prayer for Gentleness:
"Spirit of God, breathe Your gentleness into my heart."
You can inhale slowly as you think "Spirit of God" and exhale as you think "breathe Your gentleness into my heart". This keeps it simple, centering, and easy to carry with you in any moment.
