Let’s be real - the world feels a bit upside down right now. War is waging, inflation is hitting us everywhere we turn, truth seems hard to find. And this is on top of our personal lives: anxiety, family stress, work overload. Some of us are just going through the motions, getting through the day. Others of us don’t even know where to turn or what to do.

And if we’re being honest, Jesus - whether we want him to be or not - is often shifted to the back burner. Our faith life is the final priority, or we may not even know what a life of faith looks like.

You’re invited to acknowledge and explore these new realities with us. We’re starting a sermon series this Sunday called “Alive and Moving - Following Jesus in a Complicated World”.

We’ll tackle the question of what it means to follow Jesus in our world, in our time, with today’s problems and realities. How can our priorities be changed? How can our attention be changed? How can our lives be changed?
