What do you do when the place you expected to find rest becomes the place of your greatest battle?

You came home expecting peace—and found ashes. You’ve been strong for everybody else, but now you need strength yourself.

Starting tomorrow at Faith Alive, join us for a new three-week sermon series:

WHEN YOU GET BACK TO ZIKLAG
1 Samuel 30

October 11 — When You Have to Preach to Yourself
October 18 — There Is Still a Word After the Fire
October 25 — Don’t Forget Who Stayed at the Brook

David’s story did not end in the ashes. In the middle of grief, exhaustion, and opposition, he found strength in the Lord—and God still had something to say.

If you’ve been walking through a difficult season, carrying a heavy burden, or struggling to find the strength to keep going, come worship with us. You don’t have to have it all together to walk through the doors.

Sunday School: 10:00 AM
Worship: 11:00 AM
Faith Alive Church

Make plans to be with us all three Sundays. Bring your family, invite a friend, and share this invitation with someone who needs encouragement.

Tomorrow, we begin with the person you sometimes find hardest to encourage—yourself.

What a wonderful evening we had last night at Faith Alive! ❤️

We were so blessed by a powerful time of worship with the team from Living Hope MD, and a powerful message from Jeremiah Whisenhunt. It was such a joy to gather together as a church family.

A big thank-you to The Lyrical Bean for joining us and making the evening extra special with delicious coffee.☕

We’re so thankful for nights like these where we can worship, fellowship, laugh, and simply enjoy being together. God is so good! 🙌❤️
