Would you like to help celebrate our local LGBTQIA2S+ community with us? Shifts are still available for our booth at Burnsville Pride!

The festival is Saturday, September 19 and we’d love to have you there 😍 We’ll ask guests to write a note supporting q***r youth facing homelessness, and for every note written our congregation will donate $1 to a local shelter supporting them.

We are community.

We cherish the first Tuesday of August each year as the chance to gather with our neighbors for Night to Unite. True to form for us, it’s always an evening filled with lots of fun, full bellies, and great conversation!

Thank you to our neighbors, all the volunteers, and the Apple Valley Fire Department for making it another wonderful experience!

We believe that God has made Godself known AND that God is more than we could ever fathom.

We believe that in Jesus Christ something not fully explainable, but utterly transforming, has occurred and that following him in the ways of peace will surprise us every day.

We believe that God can work in and through the unremarkable, the not-supposed-tos, the shouldn’t-be-featured of the world and that, indeed, the reign, the very presence and fullness of God’s kin-dom, is birthed in and through them.

We live in the sacred tension of the both / and because that is where God has chosen to dwell. Truth is most often encountered in the paradox.

Creator God,

Thank you for peace in all its forms. The roaring peace of rivers, the crashing peace of oceans, the constant peace of the earth’s gravity, the mysterious peace of the heavens.

Help us pursue peace in all its forms. The still peace in our hearts, the just peace in our society’s systems, the calming peace of reconciliation in relationships, the humbling peace of treating our earth with integrity.
