27 years working and sharing your talents with FBCApopka is an incredible accomplishment! Sherry Marsden has been the financial glue that has been the backbone of First Baptist as she has served in her role as Financial Secretary/Financial Administrative Assistant to the Pastor of Administration. Happy work anniversary! Thank you seems so inadequate for your many years of dedication and service! On behalf of Senior Pastor, David Schorejs and the entire FBCApopka family, "May God Richly Bless You!!"

TRUNK OR TREAT - WITH A TWIST!

Grab the costumes, bring the kids, and come join us for a fun-filled Trunk or Treat for the whole community!

This year, we’re giving away more than just candy!

As you visit the trunks, you’ll also find all kinds of FREE goodies and useful items for families, things like food, toys, books, household items, and other surprises!

There’s no catch and nothing to purchase. We simply want to bless our neighbors, have some fun together, and show our community a little extra love.

Everything is FREE! Everyone is welcome!

Invite a friend, neighbor, or family you know and come spend the afternoon with us!

Do we do hymns? Why yes we do along with contemporary, modern worship songs. Here is "Sheltered In The Arms Of God," a great old hymn that we worked into our worship set last week. We put a little "country" spin to it and our congregation loved it! We love to reach all generations with a blended worship set of old & new! We Love God We Love You!

WE’RE BETTER TOGETHER!

This fall, our entire church family is coming together for 40 Days of Community — a church-wide journey focused on what it really means to live, grow, serve, and follow Jesus together.

And we want EVERYONE to be part of it!

Beginning Sunday, September 20, our Life Groups and Small Groups will begin walking through 40 Days of Community together. Whether you’ve been part of a group for years or you’ve never joined one before, this is the perfect time to jump in!

Build deeper relationships
Grow in your faith
Find your place in community
Experience what it means to truly do life together

Our goal is simple: every person in a group. Because church is more than a place we attend — it’s where we belong.

40 Days of Community kicks off September 20!

More information about groups and how to get connected is coming soon.

Start thinking now: Who will you do the 40 Days with?
