EMBRACE YOUR CALLING! What a fitting theme for the North Carolina Association of Free Will Baptists this week. Not only was the state meeting based on this challenge, but it was brought to life through the music, the preaching, and the business that was conducted.

When missionaries come back to the States, we love to welcome them into the Provision Closet to get items they need. We also partner with D6 Family Ministry to give them books like "Rest" (by Marianne Howard) to help them as they adjust to life transitions.

Recently IM missionaries to Japan, Doug and Miriam Bishop, and two workers with The Hanna Project (faces left out to protect their ministry) were blessed by your gifts.

Everything is BIGGER in Texas, and that includes their HEARTS and their PASSION for ministry! For WNAC, these last few days at the Texas state meeting have been filled with hearing great reports, sharing about how Dr. Mary Ruth Wisehart influenced the story of WNAC, enjoying time with Rejoice! from Welch College, eating some great Texas food, listening to special speaker Eddie Moody share his heart, and spending time getting to know faithful supporters in Texas.

What's the next stop for WNAC Director, Kristi Johnson? She's headed to the North Carolina Association of Free Will Baptists today. We're so thankful for time to connect with people who love helping women find and fulfill their role in the Great Commission.

As we're working on a "refresh" of the WNAC Provision Closet, we already see there are several items needed:

-Queen sheet sets
-Irons/steamers
-Twin-sized blankets
-Neutral towel sets
-Pillows
-Sharp kitchen knives
-Steak knives
-Glass baking/storage dishes
-Keurig coffee makers
-Gift cards to Amazon, Walmart, and fast food restaurants (which are great for on-the-go meals as missionaries travel to visit churches)

Some items that are fully stocked and we don't currently need:
-Can openers
-Toasters
-Kitchen towels
-Pot holders
-Muffin tins
-Cookie sheets

Did you know that through the ministry of the WNAC Provision Closet you help care for the children of our NAM church planters and IM missionaries? We have baby supplies and quilts, toys, and lots of things to help college students get settled into their dorm rooms when their parents are far away.

Anoche pasamos un tiempo aprendiendo cómo ayudar a nuestros hijos en la educación escolar con Rejyna Beck, madre de cinco hijos y maestra de escuela pública. Ella nos recordó el papel tan importante que tienen los padres en la educación de sus hijos. Disfrutamos mucho este tiempo de convivencia y comunidad con mujeres que comparten el mismo sentir.

TRANSLATION: Last night, we spent time learning about how to help our children through the educational system with Rejyna Beck, mother of five children and a teacher in a public school. She reminded us of the important role parents play in the education of their children. We enjoyed the time building community with like-minded women.

We're thankful for the opportunity to share about the ministry of WNAC this week with our friends at the annual meeting of the Arkansas State Association of Free Will Baptists. From hugs with friends to hymns about heaven and breakout sessions to Braum's ice cream, this has definitely been a wonderful time!

We'll be on the road again soon to visit more state meetings in Missouri, Texas, North Carolina, West Virginia, Virginia, and Ohio. If you'll be at any of these meetings, comment below and let's connect!
