For the next six weeks, our LifeWise students will be learning Isaiah 41:10 CSB. And this is one of those verses we hope they carry with them long after they've memorized the words.

Think about how many things our kids face that feel BIG to them. A difficult test. A friendship that's changing. Trying something new. A moment when they feel alone or unsure of themselves.

God doesn't promise His people that they'll never face difficult things. He reminds them that they don't have to face those things alone.

And what a truth for our kids to hold onto!

When your child shares something they're worried about, remind them of Isaiah 41:10. Ask, “What does God promise us when we're afraid?”

Then remind them: God is with you. Even in this.

Let's help these words become more than a verse our students can recite. Let's help them become a truth they know they can trust. 💛❤️

Before you use God's Word as a sword, use it first as a mirror. 🪞🗡

Let's keep the conversation going! ❤️💛

Each Thursday, we'll share a few questions to help you bring those lessons home. Whether it's around the dinner table, on the drive home, or before bedtime, a simple question can lead to a meaningful conversation about God's Word.

This week, we talked about the Bible and why we can trust it.
