Bring the beauty of Easter with you to Anniston First this Sunday. 🌸✝️

We’d love for you to bring fresh flowers to place on our Living Cross outside the Sanctuary entrance as we celebrate the joy, hope, and new life of Easter morning. Watching the cross bloom with color is always a beautiful reminder of resurrection and the life we have in Christ.

Grab a few flowers from your yard or pick up a small bouquet, and come be part of this meaningful Easter tradition with us. We can’t wait to worship together!

Tomorrow evening, we invite you to join us for a meaningful Good Friday service as we remember the depth of Christ’s love and prepare our hearts for Easter.

Anniston First will gather at Martha’s Chapel at Camp Lee on Friday, April 3 from 6:30–7:00 PM for a sunset service with prayer labyrinth. In the quiet beauty of this setting, we will pause, reflect, pray, and walk together through this sacred part of Holy Week.

We would love for you to come and be part of this special evening.

Yesterday, we waved our palms and joined our voices in praise: “Hosanna! Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord.”

Palm Sunday reminds us that Jesus came in humility, peace, and love—and we are still called to welcome Him with open hearts today.

🌿Join us this Sunday at Anniston First for Palm Sunday Mission Day as we welcome special guest speaker Shannon Jenkins from United Way East Central Alabama.

🙏🏼During worship, we’ll focus on what it means to love and serve our neighbors well, and following the service, we’ll head downtown for a prayer walk as we pray for our local businesses, nonprofits, and the broader community.

Please note: there will be no 8:30 AM chapel service this Sunday. We hope you’ll make plans to join us for worship and this meaningful day together.
