Today, my heart is overflowing.
As I stood and watched another first day of school at Parker Preparatory Academy, I couldn't help but be overwhelmed with gratitude for what God is doing. Just a short time ago, this was simply something we felt called to do. Today, it is a ministry filled with precious children, incredible families, and teachers who are committed to pointing students to Christ while pursuing excellence in education.
There were smiles, a few tears, lots of excitement, and so many reminders of God's faithfulness. Every classroom, every prayer, every little hand that walked through our doors is evidence that God is moving in this ministry.
Thank you to every parent who has trusted us with your children. Thank you to our amazing teachers and staff who have worked tirelessly to prepare for this day. Most of all, thank You, Lord, for opening doors that only You could open and for allowing us to be a small part of Your incredible plan.
Please continue to pray for Parker Preparatory Academy as we seek to raise up young people who love God, love others, and pursue the purpose He has for their lives.
"The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy." — Psalm 126:3
