We're here to honor our Almighty God and His Church while we're exercising our sacred duty to serve the will of the Lord Jesus Christ by walking out their footprints that our precedent witnesses of the Gospel had demonstrated.

64 “You have heard the blasphemy. What do you think?”
They all condemned him as worthy of death. 65 Then some began to spit at him; they blindfolded him, struck him with their fists, and said, “Prophesy!” And the guards took him and beat him.

People never hesitated to condemn Jesus to his death. It was unanimous to yell at him. Everyone participated in some form of humiliation for his despise. One was convicted by angry mob to the ex*****on like one of criminals. All agreed He was deserved God's punishment. "Yet, we considered him punished by God,"(Isaiah 53) He never defended his innocence. "Yet he did not open his mouth;"(Isaiah) No one protested on his behalf, not even his followers. "Yet who of his generation protested?" Out of this generation will you be one admitted that it was your sin he took the death upon. New Hope Pulpit

10 Now Samuel was offering up the burnt offering, and the Philistines advanced to battle Israel. But the Lord thundered with a great thunder on that day against the Philistines and confused them, so that they were struck down before Israel.

You are deep up into spirit while you are worshipping God. It's so peaceful, and your heart is warm by His presence, and you feel you are right in heaven. On that moment the quiet serenity in your soul shattered by the sounds of enemy's attack. What would you do react? The great disturbance never ceases the sacrifice in this story, nothing couldn't break the will of service to God. That unwavering passion to praise Him ironically rather confused the enemy, who came to confuse and control worshippers. God's people were initially in fear right, yet never gave up worship spirit. Find out what happened when worshippers never stop to praise Him. New Hope Pulpit

"48 Seeing them straining at the oars—for the wind was against them—at about the fourth watch of the night, He *came to them, walking on the sea; and He intended to pass by them."

Jesus has observed his struggling disciples on the boat against the night storm. He finally walked toward near them, yet he passed by ones who have been desperately in need. Is Jesus unconcerned? Surely, we all thought he is the Savior on all troubles and trials, aren't we? New Hope Pulpit

Who wants a dream if it will cost almost their life not only once but twice? Who wants if a dream from God leads them to walk through the valley of shadow of death every day facing, for an entire two years in a dungeon, the watchful eyes of ex*****oners. It was a teenager boy Joseph went through because of God-given dream. Who wants a dream from God? No choice but to accept, because it is a call from God. Labor your dreams. A higher call from the Creator, it is named God's dream. Do you still want to dream HIS CALL??? New Hope Pulpit

9 And he dreamed yet another dream, and told it his brethren, and said, Behold, I have dreamed a dream more; and, behold, the sun and the moon and the eleven stars made obeisance to me.

23 For as I walked around and looked carefully at your objects of worship, I even found an altar with this inscription: to an unknown god. So, you are ignorant of the very thing you worship—and this is what I am going to proclaim to you.

"I know my God very well" Are we really knowing our God? We often confidently throw the remark. We often comment in human relationship easily "I know him well" or I know her well." Do we really know that person very well? Off guard, we end up with a lot of surprise. When things go smooth, we are so sure of knowing God in and out, but when things go sour, we act as if we don't Him at all. Do you really know your God in the Bible? Or you simply know your god in your thoughts. New Hope Pulpit

"1 Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the Lord by the mouth of Jeremiah might be fulfilled, the Lord stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and put it also in writing, saying,"

What a perfect time for these poor refuges to hear the amazing news that the edict of new conqueror Cyrus allow the freedom of the slaves and guarantees their religious liberty from their captor Babylon, which they had been oppressed under 70 years. Is it coincident this political decision by this new Persian emperor at a time? (539 B.C.) Or is it a well scheduled course of the divine redemption? You decide as you meditate the verses in the ancient Scripture Ezra. New Hope Pulpit

15 But they cried out, Away with him, away with him, crucify him. Pilate saith unto them, Shall I crucify your King? The chief priests answered, we have no king but Caesar.

So called 'religious elites' have cried out that the divine justice should be carried out to hang Jesus a young Jewish revolter onto the cross. The multitudes screamed and yelled "Crucify him" in one voice at the city square. The opportunity came to save this bruised revolutionist, yet they all shouted out the desire of Caesar, not Jesus. If Jesus here today, are we so sure of our shouting that should be 'Jesus not Caesar'? If so, how can we assume that will be the case? NEW HOPE PULPIT

20 Then the Spirit of God clothed Zechariah the son of Jehoiada the priest, and he stood above the people, and said to them, “Thus says God, ‘Why do you break the commandments of the Lord, so that you cannot prosper? Because you have forsaken the Lord, he has forsaken you.’ ” 21 But they conspired against him, and by command of the king they stoned him with stones in the court of the house of the Lord.

You have chosen by God delivering the message of destruction against the most powerful group of people. In return the death became the reality instead of your glory. The appointed servant by God just lived one day, that was the destiny for his fortune. No tomorrow was in fact, ever expected in his work. What if your call is to obey for the final day purpose, would you still allow you to go forward your obedience? New Hope Pulpit

13 We are not like Moses, who put a veil over his face so the people of Israel would not see the glory, even though it was destined to fade away. 14 But the people’s minds were hardened, and to this day whenever the old covenant is being read, the same veil covers their minds so they cannot understand the truth. And this veil can be removed only by believing in Christ.

There are many of us serious enough to wear a facial covering like Moses, by overestimating our spirituality. We called them, "religious", for they not only hide the face but all over the body to maximize the appearance of their religion. Some of us have been trapped in this showcase practice every day. In reality behind the veil there is emptiness overwhelmed. Paul warned us if we do not remove this hypocritic veil form us, we can't see and understand the truth, subsequently we become the religious slave that never be freed. ARE U FREED? New Hope Pulpit

Do you know where you should be? Each one has been born to this world with a specific purpose regardless. When you begin to wonder where you are about. Things start to fall apart quickly. A country teen "David' fearless shepherd boy confronted the giant warrior in the warfront. He struck the enemy with a sling shot and knock him down to the hell. He was good at fighting in the war. When he felt that he deserved to be retired from the battle, his mind went off from where he should be. He slipped into the filthy and evil trap for the moral and ethical failure. Subsequently He murdered an innocent his own general and destroyed his family ruthlessly. 11:1 "In the spring, at the time when kings go off to war, David sent Joab out with the king’s men and the whole Israelite army. They destroyed the Ammonites and besieged Rabbah. But David remained in Jerusalem." David completely forgot that his purpose would be extremely brightened in the Warfield, not in the palace. What about your life where it should be? New Hope pulpit

The early churches unexpectedly suffered a lot. After tragedies hit hard in Jerusalem, the followers of Christ fled further away from the center of persecution. They didn't realize this was the beginning of revival in Christian movement. The cowards became the sower of the seed of the good news of salvation. The ancient Greek word 'DIASPOREIO' which is the translated into 'scattered (NIV)' literally means “to sow over.”God uses the hopeless to sow hope, helpless to sow help, powerless to sow power, and dreamless to sow dream.

ACTS 11: 19 Now those who had been scattered by the persecution that broke out when Stephen was killed traveled as far as Phoenicia, Cyprus and Antioch, spreading the word only among Jews. 20 Some of them, however, men from Cyprus and Cyrene, went to Antioch and began to speak to Greeks also, telling them the good news about the Lord Jesus. 21 The Lord’s hand was with them, and a great number of people believed and turned to the Lord.
