✨ THE WAY. ✨

Acts 7:57–8:3

Last night, Jonah challenged us with a powerful question:

“Can you be going the wrong way, but genuinely believe you’re going the right way?”

Sometimes passion, sincerity, and even strong conviction can make us feel like we’re on the right path—but feelings alone don’t prove we’re following God.

💭 1. Passion doesn’t prove direction.
You can be passionate and still be headed the wrong way.

💭 2. Sincerity does not equal obedience.
Being genuine doesn’t automatically mean we’re following God’s truth.
📖 Matthew 6:7 | 1 Samuel 16:7 | Isaiah 29:13 | Psalm 66:18

💭 3. God’s direction must be tested, not assumed.
We shouldn’t simply assume we’re on the right path. We need to continually measure our lives against God’s Word and allow Him to direct our steps.

The question isn’t just, “Am I sincere?”
The question is, “Am I truly going THE WAY God has called me to go?”

🙏 Lord, help us not just to be passionate, sincere, or convinced—but obedient to Your truth.
